Through challenging and beautiful life lessons, I’ve grown, healed and discovered my true life’s purpose, which is to help others heal themselves, guiding them to find their true life purpose. As my journey of healing and transformation continues, I have been guided to share through the written word on my Facebook page and blog site, teach yoga, become a Reiki Master and intuitive guide. I also enjoy doing Tarot Card readings for clients. I AM an intuitive lightworker, and my former lives as many different types of healers along with many types of spiritual entities bring knowledge and wisdom to me, assisting in my gifts.

I’m sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I love this little prayer.  It is so powerful.  You may have heard of it.  You may not have heard of it.  And, whether you have or have not, you may find you need it more than you realized.

Last month, I had a Reiki client, and I wrote this down for her to repeat often. You see, this client tended to use negative phrases about herself so often, she didn’t even realize it.  She would say things like “stupid knee”, or “I’m too fat”, or “My back doesn’t work right”, etc, etc, etc.  She would judge herself, against what she thought others were thinking, like “he is upset with me because….”  or “he doesn’t like me when….” or “he doesn’t like me as much as when as I was thin….”  Any of this sound familiar to your inner chatter?  Do you know the most conversations we ever have are with ourselves? Why on earth would we say these types of things aloud, let alone in our heads?

I have looked in the mirror and said “you look tired”, or “oh, puffy eyes”, or “my hair doesn’t look right”.  Haven’t you?  These are also negative phrases about ourselves, which we are listening to!  You have heard someone say or read “watch your thoughts, your body is listening?” Well, it’s your physical body, your mental body, your emotional body, your spiritual body, your etheric body…and so on.  Which “body” of you is listening when you state something aloud or within your head?  All of them! It affects all of them.

These are all judgements, criticisms, and negative vibes. It’s energy we are creating and absorbing into our bodies. it’s important to create positive vibes to keep us healthy, happy and uplifted. We want to create positive vibes!  Are you ready to create positive vibes?

Another set of statements I’ve heard from clients, or even those around me at work or friends, are things like “well, it runs in my family”, or “my family has a history of this (fill in the blank…high blood pressure, heart disease, cancer, asthma, etc.)”.  This is a form of acceptance of what we believe is our destiny.  Or our fate.  We have control over our health.  We are all creative beings. We can create whatever we focus on.  If we are focusing too much on the “negative aspects”, we can create them. Of course, the opposite is also true!  We can create positive changes, better aspects and more.

Our thoughts, beliefs, opinions and understandings of life and our life, who we are, our health, our circumstances, our situations, our experiences can all be re-defined!  We have the power to change them!  We have the power to not live by these “rules, beliefs, thoughts, etc” that have been forced upon us by family, friends, society, the media, etc.

Guess what? We don’t have to accept our “fate”. We don’t have to accept any beliefs that cause us harm. We don’t have to continue to replay old thought patterns in our minds. We don’t have to believe what we have been taught to believe. We don’t have to BE who we were told we were.  We can awaken to our own beliefs, truths and authenticity We can transform ourselves thought changing our thoughts, beliefs, opinions and understandings. We release the old “destiny” and “fate”, and karma, to heal and ascend.

To start changing, use this Ho’oponopono Prayer:

I’m sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

When you realize you are repeating something negative in your head or out loud, stop immediately!  Say the prayer!  You can say it once, or over several times.  Keep practicing this.  It will help!  I know because I’ve used it and continue to do so. If you see me muttering, it could be that I’m repeating this prayer. I find it very helpful, and I’m sure you will, too.  By releasing the old, it allows the new. Release and let it go.  Learn to LOVE you!  Say the prayer.

Now, I also will remind you, that this prayer helps when we feel as if someone else has caused us pain, anger or sadness in some way.  The other person may never say sorry, but, remember, they are a reflection of ourselves. We may feel that pain, anger or sadness, because we have something within us that is similar to their behavior, words or actions. We may not like that within us, and then recognize it, which is why we don’t like it. Say the prayer.

If you carry any guilt, shame or disappointment, in yourself or others, say the prayer.  If you feel you “should have” done this, or said that, and didn’t and are upset with yourself, say the prayer. If you think you made one choice and wish you would have chosen another and are “beating yourself up” over it, say the prayer.

If you aren’t even sure how you feel about something, say the prayer.

Saying the prayers releases the negative vibes, and helps to open yourself up to positive vibes.  Positive thoughts. Positive words. Positive actions.  This helps us heal.  Saying the prayers allows you time to change what you may have said. The more you say it, the more you release the old.  And, now you can start to focus on what you would rather say, and here are some examples:

Instead of “I don’t like my hair”, state “I accept my hair as it chooses to be today and love myself.” Or, simply observe “My hair didn’t do that yesterday, let’s go with it!”

Instead of “I’m too fat”, state “I accept all of myself.”

Instead of “Well, it runs in my family.”, state “A few of my family members had this, and I choose to remain healthy.”

When we use different phrases, we can then start to act differently, eat differently, look at ourselves differently….we can change our perspective to change our destiny to change our fate…to change our lives.  A positive attitude changes everything.

If you want to discuss this further, drop me a note.  If you wish to dip deeper into the releasing of the past, and past lives, contact me. Reiki sessions and Akashic Records readings are powerful tools to help us release all of this, heal, and learn to love ALL OF US.
