Inherent Spirituality

Slide1

You don’t need to be more spiritual, you simply need to understand your inherent spirituality better.

On this very special day to spread Peace, Joy, Love & Light, I simply wish to remind you to uncover your inherent spirituality.  This inherent spirituality is your core and is already Glowing in Peace, Radiating with Joy, Shimmering with Love and Brightly Shining with Light.  Your True Nature is Peace, Joy, Love & Light.  When you deeply understand this, all else washes away, because you know you are not only a part of Nature and the Universal Consciousness, you are Nature and the Universal Consciousness.  And, in this state, we are both our unique human form, and our Higher Divine Self, and are helping to bring about heaven on earth, increasing the vibration of Gaia, bringing All into One Love.

May you understand and live your inherent spirituality better.

Merry Christmas!

Namaste!

Live simply for abundance

Slide1

Other than being grateful for what you already have in your life to attract more abundance, what else can you do?  First, ask yourself what type of abundance you wish to create.  Do you wish to have more love?  Do you wish to have more creativity?  Do you wish to have more free time?  Do you wish to have more calmness?

Living simply, you create more abundance in your life.

I’ve learned the more simply you live, the more abundance you can have in all these areas.  Being more loving, creates more love, for instance.

If you wish to have more tranquility in your life, remove the drama in your life.  Drama creates havoc and stress, which are the opposites of tranquility. Just because others in your life are creating drama does not mean you have to join in the program. Listen, breathe, and realize drama simply accomplishes nothing. Drama is also complaining. What does complaining actually do?  It’s non-active. Do something active about the situation. This creates more abundance in your life because you are now utilizing your time more effectively.  Using our time more effectively is living simply.  Less drama is simpler than more drama.  Remember to ask yourself in drama situations “How important is it…..” and fill in the blank.  How important is it to participate in the drama?  Or perhaps the gossip? Live a more simple life and opt out of the drama.

Another way to create more abundance is to stop living in the past, especially when the past is causing the guilt and shame to stay with you.  This is excess baggage you simply do not need. Work on figuring out why you feel the need to continually feel guilty about something.  Once you have…drop the guilt and fix it if you can. Sometimes the only way to fix it is to ask for forgiveness from yourself. When we are carrying less baggage around like shame & guilt, we feel lighter.  Isn’t being lighter more freeing?  Isn’t being lighter simpler than carrying tons of baggage?

We all want to have “more time” as well. What can you stop to create more time?  How can you create more abundance of time in your day?  Get up an hour earlier?  Ask for help from the family on the household duties?  Make an action plan and stick to it?  Schedule time with family & friends? Schedule time for yourself?  Learn how to say “no”? We don’t have to be superwomen & supermen.  We simply do not.  How important is it?

Living a more simple life includes taking actions to obtain more abundance.

Living a more simple life includes taking physical, mental, emotional and spiritual actions towards obtaining more abundance. Opt out of the drama. Drop the baggage. Gossip less.  And then…forgive more; love more; be more kind, compassionate and understanding.  When we are in a positive state of mind with love, kindness, compassion and understanding, the abundance which flows back to us is astounding.  When we realize how we are spending our time, we can change our frame of mind, our schedule and our whole Being to move towards the abundance we truly want.

May you create more abundance in your life by living simply.

Namaste!

Ultimate Freedom

Do you feel your life is out of your control? Perhaps all the time? Perhaps only some of the time? When we feel this way, our stress levels tend to increase and we can become anxious, or upset. These feelings do not bring us peace, nor do they provide us with a feeling of freedom.Slide1

When we learn how to take control of our own lives, we will know true freedom.

Taking control of our own lives includes being aware of who or what is controlling you, and how it’s happening. Perhaps why it’s happening. For instance, if you are always available when your manager needs something from you, even though you must get something done for you, you are allowing it to happen. You are giving your control away and your power. Perhaps you believe if you are not always available, the manager will write you up or fire you. A simple question can begin to help you: “Do you need it right now, or can we schedule a time to discuss it?” This can also lead to a small conversation, however, you are taking control simply by asking it. Sometimes you will get a “no” and sometimes a “yes”. It’s practicing compromise.

Another way to help take control of your life is cultivating more acceptance of the current circumstance you find yourself in and not allowing your feelings to be controlled by another. Acceptance does not require you to “like” it. It merely requires you to accept it. When you are able to accept everything in your life…whether it is something you like or dislike, peace ensues. And, again, you feel freer, as you are not bogged down with anger or worry. It’s freeing to feel the acceptance and through this feeling, you can take control. You realize your own power in the situation. You can take control of how you feel, how you think and how you act or react. This also brings a sense of freedom.

When we allow others to control us, we are giving our power away. We feel “powerless” to do what we want and need to do. The only person you are responsible for is you. You have the power to control you. By continually using the question and cultivating acceptance of any answer, freedom follows. These concepts can be applied to any person or situation in your life. As you work them into all facets of your life, the way you feel will begin to change. You will feel more in control as you bring back your power. Then, you will know true freedom.

May you take your power back and control your life!

Discovering Your Authentic Self

Slide1

Will the real you, please stand up? Do you know who this person is? Have you discovered your true self?

Discovering and living your authentic self leads to trust, love and, eventually, incredible joy.

Be the best person you can be, as you are the only one who can do it. When you reveal to others your authentic self, they can sense it. They can sense the truth in you. Because you trust your truth, they believe you and cultivate faith & trust in you. Your own inner discovery will lead you to inner depths of your authentic soul, which can be messy. This can and will bring up old issues we haven’t dealt with fully. But we must deal with our own messes – emotional, mental, spiritual and physical ones – to uncover the truth behind it. Once the truth is revealed to you…you can rise above it, heal it and realize the new truth. This new truth you now know cultivates inner trust. You now fully accept and trust in your beliefs, thoughts, opinions, actions and more, for as the old is removed, the new stems from your authentic self.

When you trust yourself, you exhibit self-confidence. Self-confidence is very attractive to others as it allows them to see the truth in your words & actions. Then you are self-confident, you love yourself more. This self-love expresses itself through the respect you have for yourself. The people around you notice this respect, thus the change in you. The true ones will be trustworthy to you…and those who may not be, will drop out of your life. Those who drop out have not yet come to comprehend your change, as you are no longer living their expectations of you. This does not make them happy or comfortable as they haven’t dealt with their own inner issues. This wonderful change in you is for the betterment of your soul journey. You must live your life to your truth. It is not possible to continue living a life others expect you to live. When you live to other’s expectations, it leads to unhappiness. Changing your focus to your life’s path through discovering and being your authentic self leads to a wonderful inner light flaring, bringing you incredible joy. This true happiness emanates in all you do. Since we all want the kind of trust and love that brings us extraordinary joy, it makes sense to go to your depths and bring forth the light of your authentic self.

May you discover and live your authentic life!
Namaste!
