We are all told to be grateful and make gratitude lists/journals. The blessings in our life, for which we are thankful, can bring us joy. When we are feeling sad, depressed, or lonely, allow the emotion to move through us, and return to counting your blessings. For the emotions can tell us so much when we listen to them.
The blessings can be large or small, it doesn’t matter the size, type or kind. It only matters that it is a blessing to you. Remember, when we are grateful for our blessings, this sends a signal to the Universe in energy format (thought, word or action) to match that signal, or energy vibration. Lifting up our vibrations with counting our blessings, allows more of the higher emotional states to come to us, with more of what we are grateful for in our lives. Family, friends, safety, food, love, clean water, warmth in the cold, sunshine, flowers, kindness, understanding, giving/receiving, assistance, clothing, a bed/blanket, and so on. There is so much to be grateful for today.
Today is the day we have, so count your blessings and bring the joy into your heart. And, by being in joy, you send that energy out to the universe, which sends more joy. It’s about focusing on the people, situations, experiences and the environment you want, in essence, all those positive aspects which bring you joy.
