You are a Master Creator of your life. You can masterfully create the dream life you have always wanted. Thoughts and actions create our lives. The thoughts you have had in the past have brought you to where you are now. If you wish to be somewhere else, or be healthier or create a new career, begin by thinking different thoughts. You create through your thoughts and you are responsible for those thoughts. It is necessary to have repetitive thoughts of what you wish to create. It takes practice, remembering each day to change negative thoughts into positive ones. It’s okay to feel the hurt, anger, frustration and so forth to get it all out…but then feel grateful for the experience, and discover why you felt that way…that’s how to change it from negative to positive.
Focus on positive repetitive thoughts and actions to masterfully create your dream life.
When we work towards our dreams we need to keep focusing our thoughts on what our dream looks like to us. Where are we? What are we doing? Who is with us? How many others are with us? What are we feeling? What do we look like? What does our space look like? What colors are there? How many plants are there? Imagine all of these things and keep that picture in your head. Some people find it helpful to look for images that resemble their dreams, print them and/or post them…aka, a dream board. All of these actions are helping manifest your dreams. I imagine myself in a home of my desires near water, flowers & trees, with a garden of herbs and vegetables. It has a calming space for my Reiki Healing & Intuitive Healing Guidance work and another glassed in space for my yoga classes. I imagine which plants, candles, stones, colors, smells and more. I think of this space often and take the time for an action surrounding this dream of mine each day. I focus on the thoughts, and the actions.
Doing one small thing each and every day will help to manifest your dreams. It starts with the thoughts, and moves forward with the actions. If you want to be healthier, start with statements that bring health to your present mind set such as “I am healthy. I am strong. I am well-balanced.” Make them positive statements, not negative. If there is a negative word in a statement, it’s not nearly as powerful at creating what you truly want. For instance, stating “I do not eat foods which are bad for me.” Is a negative statement. Even though your intentions are not to eat those types of foods, the better statement is “I eat foods which are good for me.” Then begin the actions. It’s okay to start small. Start by eliminating one thing you know isn’t what you want to eat any longer. Perhaps it’s a can of soda. Perhaps it’s potato chips. Choose one thing to eliminate. Replace it with something good for you such as herbal tea or celery. Each day you can drink tea or eat celery. That is doing one small thing a day. Once you are doing this repetitively along with your positive thoughts, eliminate something else, and add something else. Before long, you will be living the healthy now you created when you began your new thoughts. Everything takes practice and we may slip once in awhile, but remember you are human and things do tend to trip us up. The point is not to let it keep us down. Keep working towards what you want with your thoughts & actions! It doesn’t matter how old you are or where you are now. What matters is once you change your thoughts and put them into actions, you will be as old as you are now and where you are now. Your new now. The now you can create. Use the energy of your thoughts & actions to create the life you truly want.
