Embrace Change

Embrace your changes with a de-LIGHT-full attitude. Slide1

Change is meant to help us transform our being into a stronger, better & wiser version of ourselves. It’s meant to assist our awakening & evolving into an even more beautiful expression of our selves & our souls. Therefore, change needs to be accepted with de-LIGHT, joy and love, believing and trusting in our journey. It may not always be easy, but change is a Divine purpose, to help heal us from the past or past lives, and move us into a more beautiful expression of our truth and authenticity.

Metamorphosis in the Human fashion can be a challenge, yet we are meant to embrace it and learn the lessons with joy, moving into new heights. The nature of the butterfly already inherently knows how to change from the caterpillar. We as humans also instinctually know how to change as the wisdom already exists within us. We need to choose to look within, become aware and accept what needs to change, so we can transform an aspect we no longer require or wish to have as a trait.  Many characteristics we have been born with are meant for our survival, yet also as a lesson for growth.  We may have come into this world with a certain personality trait, fear or aspects, or acquired one during this lifetime, which is not necessarily attractive, yet, is there to help us understand our lives, and life in general, while allowing us to modify or release it. These traits, fears and aspects are all part of the inherent wisdom within us which is part 0f our soul mission for awakening and transformation. We are meant to learn about this characteristic, to recognize and accept it within ourselves and others, realizing it on a deeper level to feel, deal and heal.  Acceptance leads to adjustment, understanding, healing and releasing, allowing us to become an even better version of ourselves. Choosing to change,  we can transform ourselves each time we recognize an aspect of this trait may be surfacing again, leading us into deeper transformation, where this trait no longer appears in reaction to a situation. Since, we have chosen to completely release it, it leads us into a different reaction, one which may need review for transformation, or one which suits us much better for the rest of our lives.

For instance, if we are quick to judge, we may find it causes relationship problems. Judgement can lead to misunderstandings on both sides of a conversation.  Misunderstandings can escalate causing disruption and dissension in our lives. However, if we look at why we are judging someone, we can recognize, accept and understand the reasoning behind it.  If we have judged someone as being too overbearing, perhaps the underlying reason is we ourselves are fearful of exerting our own inner truths, or maybe we haven’t created sufficient boundaries where we feel strong enough to compassionately deal with certain people. This can lead to discovering why we do not feel strong enough.  Maybe we don’t feel strong enough because an adult in our lives would not allow us to speak up.  This certainly caused a disruption in life. This one situation may have caused us to judge others for speaking their truth, where we felt we were not allowed to do so. Looking deeper and deeper into any trait will help us get to the root cause, leading to the understanding. The understanding leads us to being able to feel the feelings we buried, which then allows the healing and releasing.  And, then we can cultivate strength and courage in speaking our inner truth without feeling we aren’t allowed to speak up.

It can be a struggle to let go of certain ideas, beliefs and opinions we have either been born with or have learned through life. It is difficult to look within and determine the root causes because they can bring up old feelings which do not necessarily feel very good. Yet, these life struggles help cultivate our strength & courage, our inner power, to guide us to healing and transforming into fulfilling lives, happily recognizing & accepting the shining Soul Light within. Thus, we can live more fully into our soul missions.

During our human lifetimes we shift into new phases of life, which is in essence change. We are born and change as we grow, learning along the way to communicate, care for ourselves and understand life. As we grow older, the learning, understanding and growing  does not stop. In adulthood, growth is deeper awareness and understanding of ourselves. It’s becoming more open to tackle what needs to be healed, helping us evolve into the fullest expression of our unique human manifestation of the Divine. Each of us is unique and perfect in the stages of life we find ourselves in this moment, with the wisdom & knowledge we have experienced thus far, to use for the continuation of our souls’ journeys and missions, assimilating what we need for our next situation, experience or lifetime.

Be de-LIGHT-ed you can transform into a brighter, happier and more fulfilling version of you.

If you wish to follow my blog, you will be included in the monthly group Reiki energy session, given on the 1st of the following month. You only need to intend to be included to receive the energy when you are ready.  The energy will then flow to you, helping you in any way you currently need for you.

Thoughts Shape Reality

Be mindful of your thoughts as they are shaping your reality.

Slide1Our minds are extremely powerful tools in creating our lives. If we continue to think we are not enough, we won’t be. If we obsess about not being beautiful, we won’t appear that way to others. If we don’t think we have enough money, we won’t. If we worry about getting sick, we can become sick. Thoughts are energy and they are sending the energy into the universe, and the Universe is sending it back to you without judgement or labeling the thoughts as good or bad. Only humans attach labels to people, things, situations and experiences. Like attracts like, and it is the same with energy, and since your thoughts are energy, you are attracting that same energy back to you, creating and shaping your reality. This is the Law of Attraction at work. Change your thoughts, change your reality.

It’s important to create our reality the way we wish to see it.  If we wish to see more peace, think about more peaceful situations, things, people and experiences.  If we wish to see more love, think about more loving people and ways to be more loving. Shaping our reality by thought energy is simply changing the way we look at things. In this image, some may see an old bent tree.  Some will see the beauty in the bark, the way the roots are holding strong or the way the tree is making the best of it’s living space. All realities exist, but it comes down to the one you wish to see, what perspective you wish to take and how you want your reality to be created.  What we send out, comes back to us.

Be mindful of what you are sending out to the universe in thought form, and only send out what it is you wish to be returned to you.

If there is a difficult person in your life, and all you can think about is how angry this person is, or perhaps how mean they are being, or wrong or whatever the case may be, this is the type of energy you are feeling and creating in your life.  You are creating more scenarios in which other people with these types of feelings or traits appear in your life. Instead, consider the possibilities they are not who you think they are to be.  Consider they have had a traumatic life and do not know how to heal or change themselves.  Many scenarios exist in all our lives, and with many people, we do not know what type of life they have lived to bring them to where they are today and how they are coming across. Compassion and understanding is needed.  You may not be able to help them physically, but you can send them thoughts of love and light, helping their soul.  And, in return, the universe sends you compassion, understanding, loving people to help you in some fashion.

Realize what you think is the world you live in.

Recognize that we can either think in loving peaceful terms, or compassionate kind terms.  We can think something completely opposite.  Whatever we think of the world is the way the world appears to us.  We can think the world is a wonderful place to be, full of wonder & magic. Or something else.  We can think there is more loving people in the world or not.  It’s all up to you to create your reality.  This is what it means to create your life with your thoughts. We all live in the same world, but it’s our thoughts which create our view of the world, thus creating our reality. The more we send out positive thoughts, the more the Universe ,through the Law of Attraction, will send us positive people, situations, resources and experiences.

Manifesting with your thoughts is another step towards creating your dream life and living your passion, purpose & soul mission.

It takes practice to keep our thoughts positive.  Therefore, if you find yourself having a thought about someone which you would not want returned to you in any way, state “Cancel” either in your mind or aloud. Then replace that thought with another positive one including and exuding warmth, love & compassion.  Use positive power statements such as “I AM loving.”, “I AM compassionate.” , “I AM understanding.” to replace the thought and cultivate more of that energy in your life, thus changing your reality. This helps to strengthen the positive qualities and traits, scenarios and experiences, and opportunities you wish to manifest in your life. As you work on changing your thoughts, your words will also begin to change.  Words are spoken thoughts and more powerful energy. As you change both thoughts and words, your actions will change.  Your actions are also energy which needs to be used to help you in the best way possible. All of your thoughts, words and actions are working together, creating the type of energies manifesting in your life.  Begin working with the energies of thoughts to create your reality now. Your soul, and the universe, will thank you for it!

Send out into the world only those thoughts and energies you wish be returned to you.

Namaste!  Espavo!

Focus on Your Strengths for Self-Confidence

Cultivating self-confidence involves focusing on your own lovely strengths.

Slide1
Comparing ourselves to others is a fruitless endeavor. We are all uniquely blessed with our own special abilities. Comparing leads us to be focusing on other people’s gifts versus our own. We then may use judgement, perhaps perceiving someone else as better or has something we do not.  It is okay to admire another’s gifts, just not covet them.  We need to completely understand we each have very unique talents, gifts or abilities of our own.

When we change our focus to look at our passions – basically, what we love to do – we can discover our remarkable individual brilliance. Once we understand that our passions are part of our inherent gifts, it brings us to the realization of our own unique contribution in the world. It allows us to see the wonder of our own special abilities. We can work on accepting our gifts to help strengthen them. This helps us to shine our special light in the world, sharing what we were born to do, and helping others in our special way.

When we recognize and work with the gifts and talents we have been blessed with, focusing on strengthening them, it provides the self-confidence to shine our beauty & light, in whatever creative ways are best for each of us. Self-confidence is knowing and sharing exactly what is special about ourselves. It’s wholeheartedly believing in ourself and our gifts.  It’s is also keeping an open mind to learning new techniques or lessons, while truly having the faith that we can make our dreams come true.

When I was growing up, I always wanted to help others in some way.  I would help multiple people in multiple ways.  It is when I worked at healing from being co-dependent and a people-pleaser that I found my path.  This was my unique path to helping others heal themselves and find their true life mission and path.  Health & wellness is my passion for mind, body & soul.  I learned from others and self-taught myself in many areas from healthy eating to soul balance & spirituality to manifestation and more. Yoga has been a wonderful way for me to learn while helping others, yet it was when someone asked me to take Reiki classes that it all clicked HOW I would live my passion.  I was already writing newsletters and posts about how I felt and what I learned and leading yoga classes but it dawned on me that through expanding into Reiki Energy, I could really help others heal themselves. My inherent gifts of intuition and psychic abilities are part of my uniqueness in what I do and how I do it, coupled with the healing work I did while finding my path.  Recently I added in Akashic Record Readings which can help someone go even deeper into the energy work and I can incorporate it into my sessions if needed or desired.

Sometimes it’s a matter of already knowing what we are meant to do, and sometimes it’s diving deeper into our life experiences and passions. Either way, our unique gift needs to be discovered and shared as they are part of our soul life mission! Therefore, I’m working on creating my own thriving business by sharing what I’ve learned, providing the energy and offering the messages as they occur to me. My self-confidence has come through as more people have asked for my help and as I strengthen the abilities I have through providing the help, energy & messages.  And, as my clients provide feedback, it helps reinforce what I’m doing is needed.

If you need assistance finding your passion, your gifts and your soul life mission, I’d be de-LIGHT-ed to assist you!

Perceptions are Objective

Slide1

Perceptions are an objective viewpoint.

Perceptions are another way of judging and they are completely objective. They are a portion of the way we see without knowing the total picture, and can happen with miscommunications or mis-hearing. They are your opinion of another person or a situation, and they are not necessarily the whole truth, or even part of the truth.

Our perceptions are all dependent on us. The experiences you have been through, how others have treated you and/or how you treat others can play a role in our perceptions. Perceptions can also be a way we deal with issues when they are presented to us. Since others act like mirrors, we may be perceiving they are feeling or thinking something we would think or feel, before taking the time to discover the truth of another person. We all have our own truths, and many times we misuse them in our perceptions of others. Our truths are not necessarily another person’s truths, which we need to keep in mind in our relationships.

Perceptions are also like assumptions. You are assuming something about someone else without truly attempting to understand that person or the situation. Your viewpoint is then objective and biased and not influenced by anything except your thoughts and feelings. This is an important concept to grasp when interacting with others in any fashion, as how do you truly know another’s mind, when you haven’t taken the time to get to know someone?

Oftentimes, I also run into people who judge, assume and perceive others in a certain way because they don’t even comprehend their own minds enough to realize they are making these assumptions or judgements. Another way to look at it is like gossip. You hear something from someone and then talk about it, without knowing anything about what actually happened. Therefore, when we perceive something about someone, it is so very important to either leave it be, and go back to our own business, or if you are so moved, to ask the other person about how they are feeling. Remember, there is your truth, the other person’s truth, and somewhere in the middle the whole truth.

Our truths are a direct result of our life journey.

If you are not a trusting person, perhaps because someone hurt you in the past by breaking your trust, you may now not trust anyone, and presume people are untrustworthy.  Or perhaps if you think someone is not trustworthy, it is because you yourself have judged, gossiped and/or said something in a poor fashion about another, and you are projecting your feelings onto another person.  This is all how we perceive the world, and cultivate our own inner truth. By looking at how we judge, perceive and gossip about others will provide us profound lessons if we are willing to do the work, helping uncover our truths and transform them.

It’s more important to understand ourselves first and foremost over jumping to conclusions about someone else. Your intuition may be telling you something about another, as well, yet we still need to use this information to first understand ourselves. Learning to understand our own inner compass, our intuition, is also an important step for our spiritual growth. Our intuition will provide us messages for our own good, yet, this doesn’t give you the right to then say something derogatory about another.  Intuition comes from Divine Light, and it is intended to help us grow and learn. Understanding how you perceive another will bring you more knowledge and wisdom about yourself, helping you to ascend and transform. Therefore, it’s another way we can determine what life lessons we are needing. Plus, it allows us to be more understanding, compassionate, kind and loving to ourselves and others.  And, in the end, this brings more peace and light into the world.

If you are ready to begin your spiritual journey, or need more guidance on the one you’ve already started, I’d be de-LIGHT-ed to help you.  Please contact me for an appointment.

Unity through similarities and differences

Unity is about embracing, understanding and accepting both similarities and differences.

Slide1

To be in union with others doesn’t mean we have to be exactly like any other, mimic anyone or conform to anyone. It doesn’t entail uniformity. Unity is bringing all the similarities and differences together as One Union of Souls. It is combining the forces of each person to live a life of balance with each other. It is offering your gifts and accepting the gifts of others without competition. It is recognizing the beauty of another, and accepting the beauty of yourself.  Unity is understanding we all have different personalities and still seeing the Light within each one of us.

Being in union is understanding our beliefs, thoughts & opinions may differ from others, and they may not.  Differences are simply different, they are not better or worse than someone else’s.  Our paths in this life are meant to be different, therefore, where some believe in one type of religion, others do not believe in any.  Where some are of one political viewpoint, others have another. Unity is accepting all of this, and embracing it to live in balance, peace & harmony.  Balance is the key and one of the lesson’s many of us are learning whether it is balancing our individual lives, balancing our lives with our family & friends, or finding balance in our world as a whole.

Unity is the balance of bringing together both the similarities and differences. The differences of each person are intended to help us cultivate compassion and love for each other. The similarities are intended to bring us together to live in union with the uniqueness of each person. We were never meant to do everything all by ourselves, as we couldn’t possibly do it all.  We are meant to share, give and be with others. While one person sings, another dances. While one person writes, another reads. While one person plans, another executes. While one swims, another runs. While one faces east, another faces west. It is those differences which balance out the unity of the entire group, the whole entity or the community with the similarities. It is each of us embracing, understanding and accepting our own gifts and talents, as well as those of others. Unity is about sharing with each other for the betterment of the whole. It brings the whole together as One. It is recognizing the One is many, yet as many we work as One.

Reveal your Authenticity

When you reveal your authenticity, your soul tribe will find you.

Slide1
Each of us are on different paths, yet some of us have similar paths. Discovering your inner truth and beliefs and allowing them to radiate outwards, creates an energetic vortex, where others who have a similar energy will be attracted to you. This is our frequency, and as we raise it through positive words, thoughts and actions, it will attract those who are vibrating and feeling that energy. As we move through our lives, and continue to vibrate higher and higher, and as we reveal and use our unique gifts, personalities, truths, and more, we will recognize more and more of our soul tribe.

This soul tribe is part of those who we continually work with in some fashion, whether on this plane or another. We may recognize them as “Soul Sisters/Brothers”, “Soul Fathers/Mothers” or “Soul Mates”, and in each lifetime they have been a part of us, with us, or around us in some fashion. These are the people we simply click with the moment we see them. We feel we already know them in some fashion. Some have agreed to work with you when you are vibrating in a lower frequency before you begin to discover your true self, whereas many who are with you before you discover your true self are not part of your soul tribe. Those who are not part of your soul tribe you will find you may lose touch with them, do not wish to be around them anymore, or any other way they leave your life.  Those who were part of your soul tribe and agreed to help you in your times of learning and growth may circle back around to you, or they may not, however, once you have learned the lesson, you will look fondly on the time they were around.  Others who helped in your path, but were not memorable, were not a part of the soul tribe, but more divine intervention to reinforce a lesson you needed to learn.

This cycle continues through-out your life until you reach a point where you are vibrating at such a high point, and others of your soul tribe are also vibrating at the same level, connect with you. Your frequency has allowed your authenticity to be revealed and the energy signals you send out, attract those with the similar band or vibration of energy. Of course, you may find before you have raised your frequency to much higher levels, there is one person who found you and is your mentor, guide, friend or lover and they stay with you, continually supporting you, guiding you and offering wisdom. On the other hand, you may not have this person around you until much later in life. Yet, have the faith that when you truly discover, transform, ascend and reveal your authenticity, those who you are meant to be with will find you. Just as you find them.

I have found in my life this cycle presents itself over and over. Each time I have changed and grown, another person enters my life who has a similar lesson to learn, or has been in a similar situation to help me.  In turn, the opposite is true, where I have become the one to help another as I’ve been in the situation they are currently experiencing. Many help groups are a wonderful example of these types of instances, where people working through a challenging situation find a group for support and guidance. During my former marriage, I found many helpful souls in Al-Anon, some radiating at my vibrations and others not, however, they were there in a time in my life where I needed to learn certain lessons as did they, and we helped and supported each other.  I remember the groups, yet I don’t necessarily remember the faces.  This was divine intervention, and no one of my soul tribe happened to be there, yet as I’ve lived, I’ve found others to help in similar situations, some of which I still call friends today, and even Soul Sisters.  When I fully accepted who I am, what my gifts are and how I am to use them, I found even more of my soul family.  Some provided challenging lessons, and some I still work with and as we continue to help each other rise in vibrations and frequency, continuing our transformations and ascension while supporting and guiding each other.

May you find your soul tribe and continue to ascend!

Rediscover Your Soul

Slide1

The process of being human includes rediscovering the beauty of your soul.
The way we have been brought up is sometimes not in the Light of our own Souls. We may have been in situations which have caused us to douse our own Light in fear, guilt or anxiety. It may have been our family, society in general or a workplace. Or we may have simply not realized or awakened yet to the inner beauty of our inner Light. The small judgements, comparisons, criticisms or complaints we give ourselves blocks this Light.

Allowing the blocks to break down includes loving kindness and compassion to our selves. It includes recognizing the beautiful gifts we have to share with others, and sharing them. It involves opening ourselves up to the beauty within us and allowing it to bloom in the world. And, this awakening brings us to the understanding, that we are but One, but we are One. One humanity, One family, One society, One world and One Light. No matter the type of difficulties or intensity of challenges you have experienced, it is to help you grow & learn. They are intended to help you rediscover your beautiful, glowing, loving soul.

Emotional Connection

Slide1

Learning to connect with our emotions and express them allows us to heal ourselves, and thus the world around us.

The very nature of healing tells us we need to connect with how we are feeling and learn to express those emotions in a proper manner. We will have many different experiences on our life journey, and allowing any feelings to surface helps pinpoint the cause of the issue we need to heal. Perhaps an experience will bring up a childhood memory or something from another lifetime.  I remember being “left out” of a circle of friends when I was around 11, which made me both angry and sad, as well as confused.  A number of years ago as an adult, I recognized how upset I would become when I thought I wasn’t being included.  I thought I was being forgotten, and this didn’t sit well with me. I realized it was because the little girl inside me hadn’t properly healed the situation.  Of course, how could she?  She was only 11!  So, as an adult, I felt the feelings, released them and healed from them. Now, when similar situations arise, I don’t become upset.  I understand how sometimes as adults, we have so many balls in the air, that at times, we may not remember all the individuals we have included or not included since our circles expand exponentially. We have increased the number of the people we care about and want to be around or keep informed of our lives and vice versa. We all do our best, and understanding we are all doing our best is key.  My ego has been balanced from that time as a little girl.  My ego wanted to be included, wanted to feel accepted and loved by others.

Through the understanding and releasing process, my soul taught me that I’m the one to include myself, as well as, accept and love myself.  I know when I am indeed meant to be included for my own higher good or perhaps to help others, it will happen. Of course, many lessons of self-acceptance and self-love will appear from other situations which need healing and have occurred.  I now know how to take care of myself at these times, which brings more clarity & wisdom to me, which I can then share with those who wish to use it.

The phase of comprehending where our feelings stem from brings us clarity, allowing us to express the emotion.  It is the emotional connection.  The connection between the emotion and the root cause of that emotion. Expressing the emotion helps us release it. Once released, we heal. As we heal ourselves, we learn more knowledge. As we accept this knowledge, we gain wisdom. This wisdom brings us further into balance between our ego mind and our soul mind. Our energy has become more balanced, thus the healing energy we exude helps others near us, which in turn helps spread the healing energy around the world.

May you find your emotional connection and heal yourself, and thus the world.

For an appointment or more information on my services,  please message me. I look forward to helping guide you on your journey.
